What Matters Most to You This Election?

With the municipal election approaching, I’d like to ask the residents of Grimsby a simple question:

What is most important to you when deciding who you will vote for?

Municipal government has a direct impact on our everyday lives. Property taxes, roads, recreation, development, infrastructure, parks, community services and the future growth of Grimsby are all decisions made locally.

But everyone has different priorities.

For some, it may be keeping property taxes affordable. For others, it may be responsible growth, protecting farmland, maintaining our small-town character, improving recreation, infrastructure, housing, traffic or protecting the environment.

Maybe your biggest concern is something completely different.

As a candidate for Grimsby Council – Ward 2, I want to hear directly from the people I hope to represent.

So, what matters most to you?

Please leave a comment and tell me:

1. What is the single most important issue facing Grimsby?

2. What qualities are you looking for in your next councilor?

3. What would you like to see Council do differently over the next four years?

I believe good local government starts with listening to the people who live here.

This is your community, your tax dollars and your future.

Let me know what matters most to you. I’m listening.
